Somatic Soulwork

I created the Somatic Soulwork Sessions, which is an education of emotional release to connect with your ONE TRUE SELF. Trauma holds our nervous system in the past and fragments us into parts. Feel things fully and spontaneously. Do this and get back into the present moment. This is parts work combined with somatic work that is meant to do regularly. It helps prepare you for plant medicine and is one of the most valuable tools I’ve experienced for integration work. It teaches you how to feel again.
