I had a waking vision during a group meditation. Sitting next to my new friend, Mary Shores, my heart spilled open. Tears fell from my eyes as I filled with more love than I was used to feeling. It was beautiful. I was smiling and crying and loved all my friends I was there with. 

All of a sudden, I was holding a book. It was a book I wrote with Mary, called The Mystical Magnet. Bright white/yellow light was shooting out from all around it and I could see the cover clearly. 

When the meditation was over, I looked at Mary and said, “It came to me in the meditation that we are supposed to write a book together. It’s called the Mystical Magnet and it is a journal designed to help us start to notice our power of creativity.”

Miracles are constantly happening around us. Even our existence at this moment is a miracle. We can easily get bogged down in the mundane and forget how freaking awesome life is at every moment. Even more profound is the fact that you can dream up the things you want and manifest them into existence. 

Our human attentional systems are broken, which means we need big stimulation to activate the dopaminergic response.
