Integration Session

Sometimes you expand so much in such a short period of time that you need support to get grounded and clear about where you're headed. 

Sometimes your world changes dramatically and even though you trust where you're at, it feels so different it's kind of scary or discombobulating. 

Sometimes, you're on a spiritual journey and have done the work to go deeper and deeper and realize you need to get grounded again in the material world. 

Sometimes parts of you come up and take over your life because they are ready to be integrated into the whole, but it's uncomfortable because you're facing a part of yourself that you've kept in check up until now.

If any of these experiences relate to you right now, I'm happy to spend time listening and helping provide insight and reflection so you can integrate. I've spent countless hours supporting people post-journey, sometimes for months at a time, as they slowly integrate the new realizations into their lives. I've supported people who have a part that keeps spinning them off-kilter even though they are still high-functioning, but it's driving them up the wall because there really isn't anyone to talk about this stuff with.
