The effects of doing this powerful, hour-long exercise could be the difference between making $75,000 and $206,000 per year. It could be the difference between being strong or sedentary. It could be the difference between being fulfilled or despairing.
When life isn't lining up and you aren't reaching the goals you set for yourself, you have to ask, "What's conflicting internally that's keeping me from getting there?"
That's a philosophical questions of sorts. We already know internal conflict exists. And trying to identify it could take a lifetime. We scoot around all of the questions of why and get right to the what and how of heading in the direction of your dreams.
According to Internal Family Systems, we are made up of many parts. All parts are good and have resources to serve the greater whole of you. However, when your parts are conflicting you will not reach your goals. Most people don’t know how to get their parts on board with their most important goals. This creates mayhem as background parts will self-sabotage your progress because they were never on board with the goal in the first place.
During this 1:1 online workshop with me, you will learn a system for developing your goals into powerful statements that all parts of you get to get behind. No part will be left out in the process. This allows you to create goals, initiatives, priorities, and projects for your life that you can put all your energy into because the encompass what is most important to you.
I do this exercise once a year and memorize my top 5 Annual Alignment Metrics. I determine the top 5 priorities and purposes in my life for the year. Every decision is held up to that alignment metric and if it doesn’t align, it’s off the table. This is one of the main ways I create massive focus in my life. This also takes out confusion, conflict, and self-sabotage.
