Summer is an experienced fermentation educator and co-owner of OlyKraut who shares these skills with great enthusiasm and passion. Learn techniques for making sauerkraut, kimchi, and other vegetable ferments, amazake, miso, tempeh, grain ferments, tonic beverages, and more.

This will be an unforgettable series for raw food enthusiasts, people at any level of fermentation experience, and those seeking to create “probiotic organisms” for digestive health inexpensively in your own kitchen in a great group setting with like-minded individuals. Everything is provided for including recipes, cultures, handouts and samples to take home.
